What is Jesus really like at His core? This Sunday, we’ll continue Gentle & Lowly as we explore the heart of Jesus—and discover more of His compassion, tenderness, and love toward us.

Join us beginning this Sunday for Prophetic Perspectives: Highlights in the Book of Jeremiah. Together, we’ll explore Jeremiah’s powerful words about sin, judgment, repentance, hope, and the promised Messiah, and discover how his message still speaks to us today. Come learn, connect, and dig deeper into God’s Word together!

There’s a little more love in the Tuttle family! Ian & Angie welcomed their sweet baby girl this past week, officially making them a family of four! Join us in celebrating with them and praying for this beautiful new season ... for plenty of sweet snuggles, moments of joy, and maybe even a little sleep along the way! We’re so excited for the Tuttle family and their newest little blessing!

High School The Yard | October 1st | 6:45-9pm
Join us for our annual High School Ministry Kick-Off event! It’s FREE! Anyone in the 9th-12th grade can come enjoy the Red-Bull Bar, a Smoked Brisket Dinner, Wheelbarrow Races, Pie-a-Pastor, Tons of prizes and so much more! You can find the party behind the Journey Church Youth Center.
Middle School Pumpkin Hunt | October 24th | 10am-3pm
It’s Fall and our middle schoolers are having some harvest-time fun. They’re going to a pumpkin patch, corn maze, carving pumpkins, playing other harvest games, and having tons of fun. Bring a pumpkin to carve and other middle school friends. Come dressed for the weather (especially for walking in a muddy corn maze) and let’s go on a hunt! Cost: $25 per person

Trunk or Treat is coming! It’s time to start planning your trunks and costumes and gathering CANDY! This year’s Trunk or Treat theme is HEROES & LEGENDS!
Choose a Bible hero, celebrate an everyday hero like a firefighter, police officer, nurse, teacher, or first responder, or go all-out with your favorite superhero!
Trunks and costumes can be creative, funny, adventurous, or larger-than-life — but NO evil or scary themes or costumes, please.
We need CANDY — lots of it! Start grabbing an extra bag or two when you shop. Candy donations can be dropped off in the foyer or at Kid City on Sundays.
